Facilities:
The lodging is adjacent to the Classroom in the Town Square Condominiums.  These are full size condominium-style accommodations with three bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and living room/dining area, including two TVs with cable.

We have arranged a very attractive rate for the condos.  Although there is some variation between units, most have two bedrooms with queen size beds and one with twins.

All reservations are for the block of nights (including the nights before and after the class days) in order to get the group rates.  You will be responsible for all of the nights, even if you come in late or leave early.  There may be some optional nights available at the same rates for those who want to stay and do some sightseeing.  You are also welcome to bring your spouse.

Rates and Fine Print:

*  $150.00 per 3-bedroom condo if reserving the entire condo.  Payments and changes to reservation will be the sole responsibility of one individual contracting directly with Town Square.
*  $60 per bedroom if reserving one bedroom in a 3-bedroom condo.  All single bedroom requests are subject to availability.  We will make every effort to accommodate shared condo requests, but they will not be guaranteed.

Deposits and Cancellations:
When a guest calls to reserve a room or the entire condo, we will require a deposit equaling three nights of their total stay.  Deposit (less $20 processing fee) is refundable on cancellations that occur more than two weeks prior to arrival date.  Cancellations less than two weeks before arrival date will result in forfeit of deposit.

Deposits and other payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, cash, check, or Traveler's checks.

Miscellaneous Information:
Each hotel-style condo requires climbing one flight of stairs in order to reach the entrance.  Also, each condo has bedrooms on the second floor.   There are no elevators.   Each condo comes fully equipped for cooking and has daily towel changes.  The town square has a small grocery store where staples such as bread, milk and eggs can be purchased.  It does not have a good supply of fresh fruits and vegetables.  On your ride from the airport to Waterville Valley we can stop at a major grocery store for you to pick up any necessary items.  There is also a laundry facility in the town square.  All condos are smoke-free.  Pets are not allowed. 

Understand that if you book one bedroom within a condo, you will be sharing a condo with other people you may not know.  NOTE:  All condo reservation are on a first come, first served basis.  If you register late and our condos are full, you may have to make your own arrangements to stay at a nearby hotel.

Campers:
For those of you who would prefer to stay in your own RV, there is very pleasant campground (Goose Hollow Campground) about 10-12 minutes from the Town Square.  We can send you contact information and a brochure if you are interested.
